Step 1: Enter the phone number or email associated with your subscription step one.
Step 2: Enter account number, zip code or house number associated with your subscription in step two. You do not need to enter a password.
Once you enter the correct information, you'll be able to view your account information. You'll be able to perform any of the following tasks:
- Check on the status of your delivery
- Restart delivery
- Suspend delivery while on vacation
- Report a delivery problem
- Check payment status
- View payment history
- View renewal invoices
- Verify subscription start/end dates
- Renew with a credit or debit card
- Update EZ Pay information
- View subscription policies
