Manage your subscription

In your ‘My Account’ page you can have control over editing personal information, view transaction history, manage your subscriptions, and more. There are several tabs that can allow you to navigate to the particular account details you want to manage. These tabs include:



Library

The ‘Library’ tab within the ‘My Account’ page is where you can find all of your active and expired subscriptions with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. 


All of your active subscriptions can be found in the “Active” tab. You will be able to click the “Manage” button next to a subscription to update the payment method for the renewal billing.


NOTE: Print subscribers will not be able to manage their subscription within the “My Account’ page. You can visit post-gazette.com/subservices, contact us at 1-800-228-NEWS (6397), or click help if you need additional assistance with your account. 



You are also able to view any expired subscriptions that you have had with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Simply click on the “Expired” tab.

Cards

You can find a list of all the credit cards on file for your account in the “Cards tab.

You will be able to review the type of credit card, the last 4 digits of the card number, and the expiration date.


NOTE: Print subscribers can add a new payment method into their account but it will not be added to the existing print subscription as the payment options. To update your payment method you can visit post-gazette.com/subservices or contact us at 1-800-228-NEWS (6397).

Add a new credit card

If you would like to add a new credit card to your account, simply click on the ‘Add card’ button in the upper right hand corner of the ‘Cards’ tab.

Input the credit card information and click the ‘Save changes’ button.


Note: If you want to make this credit card the payment method to all your current active subscriptions be sure to click the checkbox next to “Apply this payment method to all active subscriptions”

Delete a credit card

If you want to remove a credit card from your account, you can click on the trash icon next to the credit card you would like to remove.

Transactions

The “Transaction” tab will show you all of the transactions on your account. Each transaction is listed separately for you to review. You will be able to see the term name, the amount charged, the payment method you chose, and the date and time of the transaction.


NOTE: Print subscribers will not see any transactions listed in the transactions tab. If you have questions about a transaction you can visit post-gazette.com/subservices, contact us at 1-800-228-NEWS (6397), or click help if you need additional assistance with your account.

Can I gain access to my transaction receipts?

Yes. If you see a transaction that you would like to have the transaction receipt emailed to you, simply click on the ‘mail’ icon next to that transaction.

If you would like to download a pdf of the transaction, simply click on the ‘download’ icon next to that transaction.

History

The ‘History’ tab will list all of the activity on your account. Activity will include transactions, submitted inquiries, subscriptions cancellations, and more.


NOTE: Print subscribers will be able to view all their account activity within the ‘History’ tab except for any transaction history.

Vouchers

The ‘Vouchers’ tab will list any subscription gifts or promotions that have been given to you through one of our gifting terms.

Profile

The ‘Profile’ tab is where you can find all of your personal information associated with your account. 

Note: Any changes made on a print subscribers profile will only be updated on the registration side and not within our PG subscription information. How do I edit my personal information?

When you are on the ‘Profile’ tab, click in the field that you would like to edit. Make the appropriate changes and then click the ‘Save changes’ button at the bottom of the page.

Can I change my password for my account?

Yes. If you want to change your password. Click on the ‘Change Password’ link.

Once you click the ‘Change password’ link you will now see three fields appear on the screen. These fields are current password, new password, and confirm new password. Complete these accordingly and click the ‘Save changes’ button at the bottom of the page to confirm the password change.

If you decide you do not want to change your password at this time, simply click the ‘Set a password later’ link.

Help

The ‘Help’ tab gives you the ability to interact with our customer support team. In this tab you have the ability to submit an inquiry, monitor existing inquiries, and see a list of every inquiry that you have ever opened on your account.
