How to reset your password

If you encounter the log-in box below but don't know your password, click the "Forget password?" link that appears above the "log-in" button. 


Enter your email and click "Send Password Reset Email" 


Please check your email for a reset link.


If you didn't receive your reset password email, be sure to check both your spam or bulk folders.


PGe supported browsers and devices

iOS:

The PGe app on an iOS device requires version 11.0+. Unfortunately, if a device with an operating system below this required version may not be able to view the PGe app. We recommend you view PGe on pge.post-gazette.com from a web browser on your device. 


Android:

The PGe app on an android device requires version 7.0+. Unfortunately, if a device with an operating system below this required version may not be able to view the PGe app. We recommend you view PGe on pge.post-gazette.com from a web browser on your device. 

Home Delivery Schedule

Effective September 30, 2019, the Post-Gazette will deliver a printed edition on Sunday, Thursday and Friday only. An electronic edition is published seven days a week and available at pge.post-gazette.com, or downloaded as an app on your mobile or tablet devices Please click here to check the system requirements for the PGe app.

Vacation Hold

Vacation Pak: Unfortunately, we no longer offer Vacation Paks.


Vacation Stop/Start: Please notify us if you're going on vacation. We'll suspend delivery and restart it when you return. Credit will not be issued for the time period while a subscription account is temporarily stopped.

Report a delivery issue


Below are the three ways to report a delivery issue.

2. Call us at 1-800-228-NEWS (6397) to report the delivery issue through the automated system or speak to an agent.

Make a payment


Other than mailing in a check with your renewal invoice, below are two ways to make a credit card payment.

Manage your subscription 

Click here to manage your account online


Step 1: Enter the phone number or email associated with your subscription step one.


Step 2: Enter account number, zip code or house number associated with your subscription in step two. You do not need to enter a password.


Once you enter the correct information, you'll be able to view your account information. You'll be able to perform any of the following tasks: 


  • Check on the status of your delivery
  • Restart delivery
  • Suspend delivery while on vacation
  • Report a delivery problem
  • Check payment status
  • View payment history
  • View renewal invoices
  • Verify subscription start/end dates
  • Renew with a credit or debit card
  • Update EZ Pay information
  • View subscription policies

Account History

The ‘History’ tab will list all of the activity on your account. Activity will include transactions, submitted inquiries, subscriptions cancellations, and more.


NOTE: Print subscribers will be able to view all their account activity within the ‘History’ tab except for any transaction history.
